A: Our customers are enterprises, system integrators and carriers worldwide. |
Q: What are our products? |
A: Our comprehensive services are grouped into three categories.
- Information Solutions provide the market intelligence customers need to optimize their networks to reduce costs and manage expenses.
- Logistics Solutions target pain points within the telecom supply chain ? pricing, provisioning and remote network monitoring and management -- enabling customers to tap the specific expertise needed to augment their existing capabilities.
- Integration Solutions bundle connectivity options with specific levels of network management support, enabling organizations to choose the level of customer support that best fits their needs.

Q: Who are our competitors? |
A: Because we are creating a new market niche, we have no true head-to-head competitors. Traditional telecom carriers come closest to being competitors, but because we buy from and sell services to them, they are really both customers and suppliers. |
Q: Where is Global Capacity located? |
A: Our operational centers are located in Waltham, Massachusetts; Manchester, England and Houston, Texas. We also have U.S. offices in Austin, Chicago, Minneapolis and New York as well as offices in Lisbon, Portugal. |
Q: How and where is Global Capacity stock traded? |
A: We currently trade over the counter and are listed under the ticker symbol of our parent company, Capital Growth Systems Inc. (OTC: CGSY.OB). |
