Capital Growth Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries, dba Global Capacity, Inc. respects
all viewers privacy choices. All references below to Global Capacity include Capital
Growth Systems, Inc. and each of its direct and indirect subsidiaries. From time
to time, Global Capacity may make certain personal information that you have provided
to us available to our business partners whose products or services we think may
interest you. This customer information may be shared with authorized users, including
both affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties, in order to provide you with the

Services") within the Global Capacity Web site (the "Site"). All references below
to Global Capacity apply to Capital Growth Systems, Inc., dba Global Capacity ("Global
Capacity") either directly or through one or more of its subsdiaries. Global Capacity
requires that you provide certain identifying information (the "Registration Data")
listed in the online registration form. This information may include your legal
name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address, subscriber name or "screen name,"
areas of interest, password used to access Pay services, method of payment, and,
