Dan Kardatzke, Chief Financial Officer

Dan Kardatzke is the Chief Financial Officer of Global Capacity, responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, financial modeling & analyses, mergers & acquisitions, customer and partner contractual risk analysis and human resources. Mr. Kardatzke joined Global Capacity via the 2006 acquisition of 20/20 Technologies and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Magenta net-Logic, where he served as Chief Financial Officer through his consulting company CRK & Associates, LLC. Prior to 20/20 Technologies, he consulted as the interim CFO for a medical staffing company, while also consulting in a Business Development role for Capital Growth Systems (OTCBB: CGSY).


In 2002, Mr. Kardatzke co-founded SageTV, LLC, a pioneer in the Personal Video Recording (PVR) and Media Center software space, which was sold to Google in 2011. During his tenure at SageTV, he held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the technology and services industries, including serving as the Director of Planning & Analysis for Frankel, a brand marketing agency, as well as Director of Finance & Operations at MarketForward, a marketing technology solutions provider. He began his career as the Treasurer and Business Development Manager at the non-profit group Chicago Research & Planning, a consortium of technology executives from the Fortune 2000.


Mr. Kardatzke holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL. He currently resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his family and has a passion for cycling and mountain biking.
